With hands-on experience spanning residential, commercial, and agricultural property management — including stewardship of his own family's land — he brings a depth of operational knowledge that most real estate brokers simply don't have.
As a first-generation broker, John Arthur built Eaves Realty on a straightforward principle: know the property, know the market, and tell the client the truth — even when it's not what they want to hear. That approach guides every client relationship.
